Safety Plan

Action Clean Ltd. has implemented its own Covid-19 Safety plan for its own workers, at each new work site we assess the risks and implement protocols to reduce the risks. These protocols are a joint effort in conjunction with the measures that your company has put in place and WorkSafe BC.

Limit the number of people in a workplace/area at one time, (policy and procedure controls).
Use engineering controls to maintain physical distancing and/or barriers to separate people.
Establish posted guidelines, occupancy limit, administrative controls.
The use of personal protection equipment, masks, gloves, etc. and ensure they are trained in their use.

Clearly communicate this plan to workers with a combination of training and signage. A copy of our plan is available upon request.

Covid Check In

Our Covid check in personnel will test and scrutinize the influx of people at your production and also act as Level 1 First Aid Attendants or Cleaners/High touch Disinfection when needed.

Prep and Wrap

Action Clean can dispatch crews to your site(s) to provide consistent cleaning services to your areas that are frequently touched with hands for your Prep and Wrap sites. These include but are not limited to doorknobs, handrails, elevators, buttons/switches, cabinets, handles, faucets, tables, countertops, restrooms, and electronics such as phones, touch screens and computers.

Shooting Group

We put together a team for your shooting group, this group does not change and can manage your shooting schedule. The team would take care of high touch cleaning and disinfecting for the Circus, kraft services, BG holding, shuttles and of course the camera group (set). This group can be broken up into 1, 2 or 3 shifts to cover you pre-shooting, shooting and after shooting schedule.

We can also provide a combination of cleaning/disinfecting services with HEPA air scrubbers c/w carbon filters which can be moved to your shooting locations as needed. These are good for areas that have a lot of people in a confined area, such as background holding, lunch tents and location sets where there are lots of people in small areas. We keep these machines serviced and maintained and will set them up as required by your different groups.

Cleaning protocols and procedures will be developed and tailored to your workspaces/areas. Our employees conform to the “social distancing rules (6 feet) and arrive to your site in separate vehicles (unless they are from the same household) and have all their own PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and cleaning supplie

Final Cleans and Disinfects

We can manage your final cleans for locations. Our group cleans, dusts, vacuums, etc. and disinfects your rented locations. We can add air scrubbers while doing this work, to satisfy even the most concerning homeowner/building manager.

Deep Cleaning

When a suspected or confirmed case of Covid-19 has been identified at your site, we offer a quick response to do a “deep clean of the affected areas. We will have a Covid-19 response kit on site to provide PPE and Equipment for a predetermined number of people to work. The Covid Kit will have as a minimum, Face shields, Kn-95 masks, Tyvek suits, Electrostatic sprayer/Fogger, Nitrile gloves, Bioesque disinfectant and a hepa Air scrubber (Predator 750) fitted with a carbon filter.
